Just bring your EMO item back to the store and leave the item and your engraving instruction with the staff. Turnaround time is 3 to 5 days. This service is free for all EMO items.

No, we will only laser engrave EMO items.

We accept repairs for our own items and try to resolve all quality issues. However, we would also like to encourage our customers to take proper care of their jewelry, as some forms of damage caused by mishandling may be difficult or impossible to repair.

EMO does not charge for the labor in repairing your item. We will only charge a minimum fee if there are any missing parts --- a ringlet, a lobster lock, or a cubic zirconia stone. Price of parts range an estimated Php 50 to Php 500, depending on the part. Please note that parts are subject to availability.

Stainless steel is very easy to maintain. All it needs is to be wiped with a soft, damp cloth. There is no need for special cleaners or trained professionals.

We actually do get couples buying rings in pairs to use as their everyday wedding rings. Because of stainless steel’s scratch resistance, its ideal for high impact workplaces where your hands do a lot of work.

Stainless steel jewelry will never turn black or tarnish, much like the spoon and forks we use everyday.

The original colors of surgical stainless steel is white. So while your EMO items may scratch or dent, white-colored items will not change in color. However, colored EMO items are only plated with gold so over time and over use, especially when your item hits the table or the surface of your skin, the color will lighten and it will revert back to its original color.

No, we cannot replate items back to gold. However, we can polish it back to glossy white, its original color.

Despite having steel in the name, stainless steel will never rust or oxidize.
